Senior Product Manager, Command Center

📋 Description

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, spanning usage and adoption
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences
• Engage with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales to understand admin pain points
• Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage
• Design dashboards, reporting, and controls turning usage data into actionable visibility for admins
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope; communicate clearly at

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, building B2B SaaS for large enterprises.
• Deep familiarity with admin, analytics, governance domains such as usage reporting, identity
• A technical background or strong desire to dive deep on engineering design and trade-offs.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments with security, compliance, IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; data-driven with ability to articulate product vision
• Track record of end-to-end shipping in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
