Senior Product Manager, Compliance & Platform Experience

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience — from identity verification and KYC/KYB
• Set the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, the primary surface where customers manage their accounts
• Shape our compliance AI agent strategy, identifying where automation can replace manual work across
• Own vendor relationships and integrations across the KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring stack
• Build the platform tooling and infrastructure that enables other Paxos teams to deliver five-star

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company
• Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian
• Strong grasp of the global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance
• Skilled at stakeholder management, with a track record of aligning executives around competing
• Experience owning a broad, cross-functional portfolio — spanning compliance, operations, money
• Data-informed in how you prioritize, using metrics to make the case for trade-offs across a
