📋 Description

• Build a card people put at the front of the wallet and recommend without being asked
• Take the card from zero to launch: decide what ships first, and carry it through program setup and
• Make the approval the clearest and fastest in the category: underwriting owns the model, you own
• Own how customers experience their line: an increase that feels earned, a decrease that is explained
• Own the proposition we take to customers, from rewards and redemption to pricing, and understand

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building consumer products, including at least one where money moved and errors were
• Fluency in credit, or the capacity to acquire it fast: approval rates, line assignment, vintage
• An exceptionally high bar for craft, and a customer-centered, data-driven, and experimentation
• You have shipped AI-led products to real consumers and have opinions about what AI makes possible
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and
• Sound judgment in a regulated environment: you balance a delightful experience with the controls a
