Senior Product Manager, Creative and Generative AI

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the AI creative portfolio, with goals tied to
• Take products from early access to broad availability by defining launch criteria, quality
• Identify and launch new AI creative products by running discovery with advertisers and agencies
• Define what quality means for AI-generated creative, and work with design, review, and policy teams
• Make build-versus-reuse decisions across a shared generative AI platform so products share models
• Partner with ad sales and marketing on go-to-market, including packaging, pricing, early-access

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including shipping and scaling platform products
• Hands-on experience bringing generative AI or ML-powered products to market, including working
• Demonstrated ability to take a product from beta to general availability with clear launch criteria
• Experience scoping workflows that blend automation with human review, such as editorial
• Data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics, setting up instrumentation
• Strong communication and influence skills across engineering, design, sales, operations, and legal
