Senior Product Manager, Defeat

📋 Description

• Own Mitigation & Threat Management product end-to-end.
• Define vision, roadmap, requirements, and launches.
• Collaborate with Eng, Data Science, UX/Design, QA on workflows.
• Partner with Kinetic & Novel Defeat teams on responses.
• Drive customer validation with law enforcement and critical operators.
• Leverage AI agents to boost product team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM experience, 3+ in defense or mission-critical domains
• Passion for understanding customers and shipping operator-facing products under stress
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements
• Collaborate with agile teams to turn complex processes into intuitive workflows
• Balance speed of execution with uncompromising quality
• Strong analytics with metrics to drive decisions
• Excellent communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of counter-UAS, ITAR, and ROE concepts
• US person; ITAR and security clearance eligibility required
