Senior Product Manager, Document Management

📋 Description

• Own the agentic document, policies, and procedure creation and editing workflows, as well as
• Help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing
• Deeply understand our customers and market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences
• Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns—across chat
• Deliver high-quality products that addresses key customer pain points and establishes Vanta’s
• Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
• Strong technical skills and experience shipping AI products, including writing and iterating on
• Customer-focused mindset – proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner
• Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration
• Communicate with clarity and influence—both written and verbal—with team members, stakeholders, and
