Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for benefits infrastructure, balancing near-term integration
• Drive integrations with benefits carriers, third-party administrators, benefits platforms, brokers
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery and design through testing, launch, and post-launch
• Own end-to-end test planning, validation, migration sequencing, reconciliation logic, and go-live
• Establish and improve the process for activating new countries and partners, covering requirements
• Enable Sales and Implementation teams with AI-assisted and code-connected agent tools for provider

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations, especially
• Provider-agnostic product mindset, designing solutions around existing brokers, carriers, and HRIS
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code required; ability to independently build, debug, and ship
• Strong systems thinking for human and machine users through APIs and automation.
• Ability to evaluate product decisions via business and operational outcomes.
• Strong judgment under deadline pressure for priorities and scope.
