Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with our clients to build and design a broad digital strategy then lead our
• Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from our delivery
• Work with the engineering leads to manage the overall progress of a project and use of resources
• Lead the team to progressively execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the
• Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segment(s) as the go-to expert for the
• Effectively make prioritization trade offs within the confines of product goals.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership position (Sr. PM, Lead PM
• At least 5 years of consulting experience
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
• Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams
• A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
