Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience

📋 Description

• Own the vision and delivery of CoreWeave's AI-driven intranet.
• Build a single, intelligent front door to knowledge, tools and workflows.
• Govern internal platforms; define governance across Slack, search, intranets, and communications.
• Balance policy/governance work with long-term platform strategy.
• Collaborate with Communications, People/HR, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Lead the internal digital experience from the ground up with executive sponsorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in product management, especially digital workplace or internal platforms.
• Experience with Slack, Confluence, Glean (or comparable search) and intranet platforms.
• Strong AI product knowledge and workflows; translate AI capabilities into strategy.
• Experience leading platform modernization and cross-functional change.
• Strong information architecture, digital communications, and employee experience design.
• Proven success in fast-moving, high-growth environments where strategy matters.
