Senior Product Manager: Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead product and delivery for Axon’s Finance Tech ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end Finance Systems implementation and modernization.
• Own the Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform implementation.
• Drive RevStream upgrades and revenue systems enhancements.
• Translate complex accounting/regulatory needs into specs and plans.
• Partner with Engineering, EA, Data Eng, and vendors to design scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IS, CS, Eng, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and reporting.
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, or similar.
• PM capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog, UAT leadership, release planning.
• ERP and analytics: D365 FO, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma, SQL.
