Senior Product Manager: Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead Product Manager for Axon’s Finance Tech ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end Finance Systems implementations (requirements to deployment).
• Drive consolidation and revenue platform design, security, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Eng, and EA for scalable solutions.
• Lead UAT, SIT, release planning, and production cutover.
• Ensure GAAP, consolidation, and ASC 606 alignment in designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and reporting.
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, RevStream, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency with ERP/analytics tools such as D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI, and Sigma.
• Strong PM skills: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, UAT leadership.
