Senior Product Manager - Fraud

📋 Description

• Shape the strategy and roadmap for fraud prevention across your area, from account integrity or
• Design and execute on the strategic vision to mitigate fraud and improve risk experience at Mercury
• Craft user journeys that apply appropriate friction based on risk signals while minimizing
• Build operational and platform tooling to enable our risk and support teams to efficiently manage
• Partner with data science to develop, deploy, and continuously improve ML models
• Establish and track metrics that measure both risk effectiveness, operational, and customer

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience, including experience within fraud or risk in
• Deep customer empathy and understanding of how risk friction impacts user experience, growth and
• Experience working with complex automated decisioning systems, rules, ML models, real-time data
• Proficiency with analytics. An ability to understand performance or rules and ML models, trade-offs
• Strong track record of cross-functional leadership, particularly in navigating tradeoffs between
• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to translate complex risk concepts into actionable
