Devise experiments based on rigorous, thoughtful, data-backed hypotheses.
Iterate on experiments by analyzing results and addressing new bottlenecks.
Re-architect onboarding to reduce early drop-off and drive lift in registration.
Own the member growth product backlog and support roadmap development.
Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum.
3-5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years shipping consumer or
Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog
Pipeline
Experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, iterating.
