Senior Product Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → sign-up → intake → first session →
• Identify the biggest levers for growing active users and deepening product usage, and build a
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship and
• Define and track north-star and guardrail metrics centered on active users (WAU, feature adoption
• Identify underused features or care touchpoints and drive initiatives to expand their reach and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning growth, acquisition, or
• Demonstrated success running structured experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization) and using data
• Comfort working directly with SQL or analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Clarity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you can align engineers, designers, marketers, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can turn ambiguous problems into clear specs and
• Comfortable prototyping with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to quickly test ideas
