Senior Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own IAM platform architecture, governance, and cross-team enforcement.
• Define identity governance framework with SLA, audits, and compliance.
• Design agent-enabled identity models with boundaries and escalation.
• Define tasks agents can perform autonomously vs human oversight.
• Own identity roadmap: provisioning, token lifecycle, audit trails, multi-tenant.
• Collaborate on product execution, rollout, and adoption strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Product Management in enterprise SaaS, networking, security, or platform infra.
• IAM/Identity expertise: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, token lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC.
• Platform product management with cross-team governance and wide impact.
• Architectural thinking: read specs, distributed systems tradeoffs, translate eng/biz.
• Agentic systems knowledge: capability binding, intent constraints, trusted escalation.
• Security/compliance: Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra; SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA.
