• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Issue & Exception Management.
• Build exception management from the ground up with upmarket sales; scope MVP.
• Lead agentic AI: design AI-powered workflows to surface risks and route actions.
• Conduct deep enterprise customer discovery to shape scalable solutions.
• Partner with GTM to align product with pipeline and messaging.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide roadmap decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of PM in B2B SaaS building for enterprise workflows.
• Proven AI/agentic product experience with differentiating features.
• Commercial fluency and GTM partnership with sales/solutions.
• Comfort building in greenfield spaces with ambiguity.
• Strong PM foundation: structured thinking and prioritization.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
