Senior Product Manager - Lending

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution for one or more product areas.
• Translate customer, business, and market problems into clear product requirements and scalable
• Drive products/features through the complete lifecycle — discovery → definition → development →
• Lead feature launches and product releases, ensuring strong execution, adoption, and measurable
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance
• Manage multiple high-priority and concurrent product initiatives in an Agile environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background — B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical education preferred.
• Strong product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of products from concept to
• Prior experience in FinTech / Lending / Payments / Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Internet, e-commerce, consumer technology, or other high-scale digital businesses is
• Experience building and managing customer-facing digital products/assets.
• Proven track record of shipping products and features at scale, not just managing requirements.
