Senior Product Manager – Marketing OS, LeadGen

📋 Description

• Own the LeadGen roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap across Forms, Surveys
• Build cohesive experiences: Drive consistency across builders, templates, publishing, data models
• Improve lead capture: Ship capabilities that increase visitor engagement, completion rates, lead
• Connect the customer journey: Partner with CRM, Workflows, Conversations, Analytics, and Payments
• Drive External Tracking: Define how HighLevel captures visitor behavior, conversions, identity
• Strengthen analytics foundations: Contribute to consistent event taxonomies, instrumentation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, analytics, growth, or
• Experience owning a customer-facing product or product area end to end, from discovery through
• Experience defining and executing a roadmap across multiple related product areas.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization
• Experience with products such as forms, surveys, quizzes, chat widgets, analytics, attribution
• Familiarity with behavioral tracking, including page views, clicks, scrolls, field interactions
