📋 Description

• Embedded directly with clinical and operations teams to map, prototype, and refine high-touch care
• Own the end-to-end user flows for high-end membership offerings
• Own product requirements and logistics for remote diagnostic workflows
• Establish qualitative feedback mechanisms with clinic staff, operational leads, and members
• Shape the future of high-touch medicine by identifying friction points and pitching novel product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Track record of owning complex products from 0-1
• Experience building clinical products in digital health startups, executive physical programs
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Skill in using product analytics to inform development priorities
• Comfortable setting up structured product parameters in an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup setting
