📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem, including consumer behavior, payment
• Own new country and market expansion initiatives, working end-to-end from discovery and partner
• Design and evolve payment solutions covering the complete financial flow, including topics such as
• Translate complex market, merchant, regulatory and operational requirements into clear product
• Partner closely with Engineering and Technical teams throughout discovery, solution design and
• Work side-by-side with Regulatory, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Finance and Operations to design products

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Management, with ownership of products or complex initiatives from
• Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, navigating ambiguity and
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect product decisions to commercial and financial
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and business/operational
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
