📋 Description

• Own the financial product experience end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through
• Define clear success metrics and use product and business data to identify opportunities, establish
• Lead top-of-funnel growth initiatives by identifying growth levers, designing experiments
• Develop and test monetization strategies beyond transaction fees, including partnerships, physical
• Build product features and engagement mechanisms that encourage families to return over time
• Partner daily with engineering leadership and engineers to translate product opportunities into

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in product management with a proven track record of owning products
• Demonstrated ability to connect product initiatives to revenue or other meaningful commercial
• Experience building or co-building products from zero to one, with the ability to operate
• Strong growth mindset, including experience identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering teams; comfortable
• Highly data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to identify the right metrics
