Senior Product Manager - Openflow

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors
• Partner with engineering, design, field sales, and support to define requirements
• Drive on-time connector releases across globally distributed teams
• Lead architecture decisions and TCO optimization initiatives
• Enable customers and field through observability tools and guides
• Use data-driven insights (AI, SQL, telemetry) to inform prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for data infrastructure or data integration
• Hands-on with Change Data Capture, CDC workflows, reliable pipelines at scale
• Proven track record owning a tech product area from discovery to GA
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with globally distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
