Senior Product Manager - Payments

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payments product development
• Own merchant onboarding, acceptance, settlement and reconciliation
• Build cohesive experiences across web, mobile and integrations
• Define strategy, roadmap and OKRs for payments platform
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Measure impact: adoption, reliability, time-to-money, revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on payments experience
• Built customer-facing and back-end payment products
• Merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, pay-ins/payouts
• Understanding of processors, rails; processor-agnostic design
• Strong product leadership and lifecycle management
• Ability to lead through influence with data-driven decisions
