🎯 Requirements

6+ years in payments or fintech product management
3+ years owning a payment gateway, processing, orchestration, or PSP platform end to end
Built or significantly scaled a gateway
Deep transaction lifecycle expertise (authorization flows, ISO 8583, tokenization, etc.)
Record of moving payment performance metrics
Global payments expertise (North America and international markets)
