Senior Product Manager, People Technologies

📋 Description

• Define PeopleTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap across HRIS/ATS, Sourcing, and Learning.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery: discovery, requirements, prioritization, execution, launch, adoption.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and payroll data flows via integration platforms.
• Partner with HRIS and Systems Engineering to implement secure integrations and IAM alignment.
• Establish telemetry, monitoring, and incident workflows with documentation and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Security/Compliance to design pragmatic controls and audit evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in product management with enterprise apps or PeopleTech.
• Hands-on HRIS/ATS experience: HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, headcount.
• Familiar with Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and integrations (Workato/Boomi).
• Strong API/REST, data mapping, and reliability/observability for integrations.
• Experience with privacy, data governance, and SOX; collaborate with HR/Finance/IT/Security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging technical and business audiences.
