Senior Product Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared platform systems, treating internal
• Prioritize platform investments and technical-debt initiatives, translating complex engineering
• Lead subscription management across mobile app stores and web platforms, including plans, billing
• Oversee email deliverability to ensure critical customer communications, including invoices and
• Own event collection, data orchestration, and customer data platform capabilities, ensuring teams
• Drive platform reliability, security, and performance, monitoring uptime, crash rates, application

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, software platforms, or
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with software, DevOps, and data
• Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for shared systems
• Ability to prioritize technical investments and debt reduction, translating engineering complexity
• Understanding of subscription management, billing systems, entitlements, pricing experimentation
• Experience with customer data platforms, event collection, data orchestration, and
