Senior Product Manager, Real Time Operations

📋 Description

• Own Alerts & Presence roadmap for Fusus surface data for operators and responders
• Define generation, prioritization, routing, and resolution across video, sensors, LPR, drones, and
• Build presence experiences for real-time visibility of responders, units, and assets
• Design fast workflows for monitoring incidents, triaging alerts, and coordinating response
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship low-latency alerting features on web and mobile
• Engage global law enforcement and enterprise users to validate needs and test improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in product management with 3+ years in real-time, event-driven, or alerting systems
• Experience building products where speed, clarity, and reliability impact outcomes
• Strong grasp of alerting frameworks, geolocation, presence systems, and real-time data pipelines
• Familiarity with live video, sensor networks, LPR, drone telemetry, and IoT integrations
• Track record turning user insights into clear product direction and execution
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through roadmap, design, delivery, and iteration
