Senior Product Manager, Recommendations

📋 Description

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for Platform Recommendations.
• Identify cross-surface problems; back recommendations with data.
• Lead KPI definition and defend metrics for initiatives.
• Own end-to-end experiment design with rigorous test contracts.
• Drive experiments to decisions; tie tests to roadmap.
• Maintain alignment with ML Research, Engineering, Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product management in recommendations, personalization, or ML.
• Strong analytical rigor; experiments, A/B testing, statistics.
• Ownership and bias to action; end-to-end initiatives; escalate early.
• Technical depth; work with ML engineers/data scientists on ranking and signals.
• Cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
• BS/MS in quantitative field; MBA a plus; streaming experience.
