📋 Description

• Collaborate with data science to quantify value and spot opportunities
• Drive roadmap and execution for AI-first products
• Build AI-first products that guide decision-making in STD claims
• Partner with major insurance carriers to uncover problems and test concepts
• Gather early customer feedback to shape what to build next
• Collaborate with success, sales, and product marketing on go-to-market

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise software or high-velocity SaaS
• At least one 0-to-1 product build
• Deep experience in a complex, regulated vertical
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products
• Proven track record validating direction with enterprise customers
• Cross-disciplinary leadership across product, engineering, data science and CS
