📋 Description

• Plan and launch listing campaigns (referrals, promos) to attract users and boost activity.
• Understand crypto spot trading rules and user behavior; propose growth strategies.
• Identify problems/opportunities in listing campaigns and spot trading; drive end-to-end.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, risk, legal, and ops for compliant launches.
• Define/monitor metrics for listing campaigns; analyze and optimize using data.
• Conduct market/competitor research; translate insights into product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably crypto/trading/fintech.
• Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset; drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving; identify issues and push solutions.
• Highly responsible, execution-oriented, detail-conscious, with accountability.
• Good business judgment and market sensitivity; turn insights into product strategies.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, and legal.
