Senior Product Manager, Travel

📋 Description

• Own and scale Brex Travel from discovery to reconciliation
• Build across discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments
• Connect Travel with Brex Card and Expense Management
• Turn partner tech, inventory, servicing into a differentiated Brex product
• Own adoption, bookings, volume, conversion, and reliability
• Use AI to reduce traveler and administrator effort

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning and growing an end-to-end product
• Experience in travel, online booking, marketplaces, or complex domains
• Strong customer judgment and fluency in backend systems and operations
• Experience building on partner, platform, inventory, or servicing infrastructure
• Quantitative ownership of adoption, bookings, volume, or similar metrics
• Fluency in servicing, payments, reconciliation, reliability, and exception handling
