Senior Product Manager - User Platform

📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for User Platform: account lifecycle, IAM analytics, device intelligence.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and insights teams to shape direction and value.
• Collaborate across missions to evolve identity and user data platform to meet needs.
• Build account lifecycle platform with defined states, governance and audit capabilities.
• Lead the User Intelligence platform vision with signals and APIs for trust.
• Translate identity and data challenges into clear product strategies and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong PM experience building platform products, identity systems, or large-scale tech.
• Experience with backend platforms, APIs, distributed systems, identity platforms.
• Commitment to trusted UX balancing security, privacy, safety and usability.
• Use data to inform decisions, balancing qualitative with quantitative evidence.
• Enjoy solving cross-functional problems through influence and collaboration.
• Build partnerships across product, engineering, security, legal, data and ops.
