Senior Product Manager, Verifications

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for Drug & Occupational Health testing services.
• Represent customer needs directly in product and design discussions.
• Track competitor moves and market shifts affecting roadmap.
• Define and drive OKRs; connect input metrics to revenue impact.
• Write clear PRDs and specs; lead ops reviews balancing speed and quality.
• Own go-to-market coordination for releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years product management; owns strategy and roadmap.
• Strong data and analytics fluency; define metrics (attach rate, conversion, RPR).
• Experience partnering with engineering on technical trade-offs and API decisions.
• Strong customer discovery instincts; talk to customers directly.
• Proven ability to write crisp PRDs and specs independently.
