📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding strategy for new Fusion customers, taking full
• Build and continuously optimize acquisition funnels targeted at active traders and high-value
• Develop scalable acquisition channels across paid, owned, community, affiliate, referral, and
• Design targeted CRM and lifecycle journeys that convert registered users into funded and actively
• Develop acquisition propositions, landing pages, campaigns, and onboarding materials that clearly

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, customer acquisition, or product-led growth, ideally at a crypto
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Operations to
• Proven experience building and optimizing digital acquisition and onboarding funnels, with a strong
• A strong analytical mindset and ability to translate customer and funnel data into actionable
• Demonstrated ability to build acquisition through a combination of performance marketing, CRM
• A strong commercial understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rate, funded-account
