• Plan launches with product managers ahead of time, including positioning, audience, launch tier
• Write the launch story and the assets behind it: in-product announcements, release notes
• Get sales and customer success ready before launch day with talk tracks, demo flows, objection
• Drive adoption after launch with targeted email and in-app campaigns to the accounts most likely to
• Measure launches on adoption and pipeline, not impressions, and bring what you learn into the next
• Define what an activated account looks like and the moments that predict it

🎯 Requirements

• You've done product marketing for AI products at B2B software companies, and your portfolio shows it
• You really know how to use AI tools. You use Claude and tools like it every day, and you've built
• You've built a PLG activation or onboarding program and can point to the metric it moved
• You've owned launches from planning through post-launch adoption at a weekly or near-weekly pace
• You're hands-on with lifecycle and in-app tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Appcues, Pendo
• You're comfortable in product analytics tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. You can define
