Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own, maintain and improve our onboarding, training and enablement assets and processes for new and
• Collaborate with Data team members and managers to ensure our training materials, best practices
• Oversee key parts of our recruiting processes such as grading take-home assignments, interviewing
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, automate knowledge base maintenance, and identify
• Measure outcomes across all enablement and operations initiatives — onboarding ramp time, training

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a technical enablement or technical operations function in a
• Experience building and running technical training programs, particularly for high-growth teams
• Data-driven mindset and at least intermediate SQL and Python skills
• Experience identifying KPIs or other internal metrics and building automated trackers to measure
• Self-starter who takes ownership of ambiguous projects critical to driving impact on a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth business and able to aggressively prioritize time
