Senior Product Operations Manager (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Liaise with Group Product Managers (GPMs)
• Lead daily ceremonies
• Troubleshoot with engineering
• Lead triage for cross-cutting bugs and defects
• Drive process improvement
• Country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including experience in platform or delivery-focused
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive decisions quickly
• Strong operational rigor — comfortable running ceremonies, triage processes, and cross-team
• Experience working closely with engineering on troubleshooting and delivery issues; technical
• Experience owning a partner-facing or multi-market product, with sensitivity to regional variation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (including GPMs)
