Senior Product Solutions Architect - Autonomous Incident Response

📋 Description

• Serve as in-house SME for Datadog's Service Management products—App Builder, Incident Management
• Partner with Field teams to provide hands-on technical and architectural guidance to enterprise
• Design on-call escalation policies, incident response workflows, and event correlation pipelines
• Create high-impact technical collateral to enable Field teams and customers
• Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions in real customer
• Act as trusted advisor to Product Management, providing feedback from field experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation with experience in incident response programs and automation
• Familiarity with distributed systems, observability concepts (tracing, metrics, logging)
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with low-code/no-code concepts
• Ability to operate in evolving, ambiguous technical domains
• Ability to translate cross-team context into reusable, scalable solutions
• Ownership from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes
