Senior Production Planner, Development Programs (R5277)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for prototype aircraft builds, major assemblies
• Translate engineering release plans, build priorities, and program milestones into executable
• Release and manage work orders in support of aircraft builds, including builds with incomplete
• Coordinate schedule adjustments resulting from engineering changes, design revisions, and shifting
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify risks to key build, integration, and flight
• Coordinate temporary planning structures and workarounds to enable manufacturing progress while

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain operations
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or UAV industries
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, bills of materials, and production scheduling
• Highly organized with excellent communication and prioritization skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
