Senior Professional Development Strategist, STEM

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional leadership, operations, internal teams, and contractors to deliver
• Partner with fellow PD Strategists to develop, adapt, and refine customized training materials and
• Co-design professional learning experiences with district leaders that reflect local context
• Determine when existing resources should be adapted vs. when new custom content is needed
• Collaborate with Product and PD teams to stay current on content offerings and feature releases
• Escalate challenges to leadership proactively; maintain open communication and collaborative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM, with willingness to support
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation, with experience
• Experience managing large-scale education and custom design projects from discovery through
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent
• Proficiency with technology integration in professional learning and classroom settings
