Senior Professional Performance Marketing B2B (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, budget, and results for B2B paid marketing across all business segments and
• Build segments, keyword and bidding logic, and targeting to identify the right businesses
• Work agentically by default, building and supervising AI workflows for campaign load, including bid
• Analyze data from CRM records, lead enrichment, campaign and revenue data, and decide which KPIs
• Allocate and forecast spend across channels and markets against ROAS, profitability, and customer
• Own a reporting and alerting system that enables marketing to steer rather than react, with alerts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running performance marketing at scale in a fast-moving business, with ownership
• Deep, current hands-on expertise in SEA and Google Ads, including console, dashboards, KPIs, and
• Agentic working style, with AI as default operating mode, able to design and build workflow logic
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with attribution, incrementality/lift measurement, and
• Ability to move from idea to live test quickly, read results honestly, and kill what doesn't work
• Ownership and independence, taking problems, deciding, moving, and communicating results
