📋 Description

• Lead enterprise migration projects from legacy Secure Email Gateways to modern email security
• Provide expert guidance on enterprise mail flow: SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing across
• Advise customers on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, replace legacy
• Provide guidance on email security policies: anti-phishing, filtering, threat protection, DLP
• Troubleshoot complex mail flow and routing issues during and after migrations
• Apply established migration methodologies and contribute feedback for best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving enterprise
• Proven track record of delivering projects, balancing competing priorities, and coordinating across
• Hands-on experience with enterprise email flow integration and migration projects, including Secure
• Strong knowledge of enterprise mail flow and architecture: SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, DLP, familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA
• Experience using AI platforms such as Glean and Claude

• Base salary range: $124,700–$179,300 USD
