📋 Description

• Manage migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security
• Deliver guidance on enterprise mail flow, covering SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing
• Advise on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ensuring seamless
• Provide guidance on email security policies, implementing anti-phishing protections and maintaining
• Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues, ensuring secure and reliable email delivery
• Apply and provide feedback on secure email gateway displacement methodology and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree with 5-7 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS
• Experience with enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including exposure to
• Strong knowledge of enterprise mail flow and architecture: SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and
• Understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP, with familiarity with
• Experience leveraging AI platforms such as Glean and Claude
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365
