Senior Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Own the full technical engagement lifecycle for enterprise customers — from discovery and solution
• Architect and integrate ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and the broader Zero Trust Exchange across complex
• Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments, technical discovery workshops, and migration planning
• Guide customers on securing modern identity frameworks, SaaS ecosystems, and AI-powered workflows —
• Partner with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consultancy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles — Professional Services, Security or
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions — ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX — across
• Strong command of modern identity and access frameworks — SAML, SSO/IdP integrations, MFA
• Solid foundation across networking and security fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, PAC
• Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts — including shadow AI risk, data loss prevention in
