Senior Program Manager, Events (Fora X)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of Fora X events, including training intensives, executive
• Lead the development and evolution of the Fora X event portfolio, defining goals, structure, and
• Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless
• Oversee attendee experience across all touchpoints, including registration, communications, and
• Drive planning and prioritization across the portfolio, balancing multiple complex workstreams and
• Build and maintain structured workflows and processes that support efficient planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in executive/business-driving events, education or enablement programming, or
• Track record designing events with a clear business objective — measurable change in audience
• Demonstrated ability to run repeatable events at a consistently high standard, improving execution
• Experience with venue sourcing, RFP process management, and contracting/negotiations with venues
• Experience managing event budgets — forecasting, cost tracking, reconciliation
• Experience with peer learning models (cohorts, masterminds, roundtables, tiered community
