• Own program management: Lead leadership, team effectiveness, and collaborative learning programs
• Track metrics & iterate: Define clear metrics (adoption, retention, performance impact) to

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in organizational learning, talent design, or program management. You have a
• Strong communication skills: You can hold space for deep conversations and constructively challenge
• Tech proficiency: Comfortable working with modern HR tech, collaboration tools, and data analytics.
• Assessment expertise: Practical experience administering individual and team tools (e.g., 360s
