Senior Program Manager, Product

📋 Description

• Define and own program vision, scope, and execution.
• Lead cross-functional work across Tech, Ops, Design, and GTM.
• Translate complex problems into roadmaps, timelines, and outcomes.
• Own vendor onboarding, selection, and ongoing management.
• Coordinate procurement, legal, and finance for contracts and compliance.
• Facilitate program reviews, readouts, and milestone tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or program mgmt.
• Strong business acumen with tech/SaaS understanding.
• Ability to learn Justworks product, org, and domains quickly.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
• Proficient with SQL; Tableau a plus.
