• Design, lead, and evolve high-visibility talent development programs that drive continuous growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR/OD preferred.
• 10+ years in L&D, program design, and facilitation, with at least 7+ years in digital learning
• 2+ years of experience specifically applying AI in L&D and 4+ years in instructional design.
• Proven track record managing vendor partnerships and navigating the learning tech ecosystem.
• Strong experience with learning analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Track record of leading cross-functional pilots from concept to scaled implementation in fast-paced
