(Senior) Programmatic Sales GSA

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new customers, advice, support and guide media agencies, trading desks and direct
• Drawing up and negotiating bespoke programme packages, private deals or preferred deals.
• Maximise inventory revenue, skilfully manage floor prices (minimum prices) and analyse delivery
• Partner with regional sales teams in GSA to consult clients and pitch programmatic solutions.
• Co-lead the technical and commercial setup of Header Bidding and additional SSP integrations for
• First-line technical ownership of programmatic delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, SSP Management, or Programmatic Account
• A proven track record in the sales of digital advertising products
• Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, DSP/SSP workflows, OpenRTB specs, and deal types
• Experience or strong technical familiarity with Header Bidding frameworks (e.g., Prebid) and SSP
• Strong network or understanding of the DACH Agency Trading Desk landscape
• Fluent in German and English
