📋 Description

Project setup and maintenance per contract terms.
Budgeting and earnings analysis for projects.
Prepare client invoices per contractual terms.
Monitor WIP and unbilled balances for aging.
Monitor AR and unpaid balances for aging.
Review cost/performance; alert PMs to potential issues.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of full-time accounting, mainly in Project Accounting.
Significant exposure to the AEC industry.
Experience supporting public agency projects preferred.
Excellent communication with clients, contractors and teams.
BST experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
